Therefore, breaking of the blade due to incorrect handling is prevented. - handy & ergonomic design - the different cutting directions for round, spiral and longitudinal cutting can be safely adjusted via the respective locking position with a switch lever - special grind of the blade for clean removal of the outer sheath
