Contact adhesives are needed where high initial adhesion is required and the bond needs to be permanently elastic and moisture-resistant. Spray adhesives are used, for example, in textile printing processes or in the DIY sector.

How are spray adhesives used?
1. Thoroughly clean the bonding surface (e.g. with WEICON Surface Cleaner) – oil, grease, dust, and other contaminants must be removed.
2. Shake can thoroughly.
3. Spray the adhesive onto the areas to be bonded at a distance of 15-20 cm.
4. Allow adhesive to flash off.
5. Join the workpieces together.
6. Done
How is GMK 2410 used?
1. Clean the bonding surface (e.g. with WEICON Surface Cleaner) – oil, grease, dust, and other contaminants must be removed.
2. Apply adhesive evenly, generously and over the entire surface of both parts to be joined.
3. Allow coated surfaces to flash off for ten minutes.
4. Check whether the surface has been sufficiently dehumidified: Does the surface have a silky matt sheen? Or tap the surface with a finger. Does it feel like a sticky note from the office? Top, it can go on.
5. Press surfaces together with short but strong pressure over the entire surface.
6. Done
